SUMMARY: Responsible for the supply ordering process and inventory management as well as directing the work of the housekeeping associates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
- Track inventory of production and packaging supplies
- Order and receive supplies.
- Monitor and direct all work of housekeeping staff.
- Train and coach housekeeping team members
- Perform inspections and audits of department area to ensure associates are performing in accordance to standards and SOP’s.
- Operate pallet jacks to move pallets of supplies
- Other specific duties as required.
- Ability to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines
- Proficient computer skills; MS Word, Excel Database, and e-mail
- Proven leadership skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly motivated self-starter; eager to initiate new ideas.
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Stand/Walk: Continuously
- Lift/Carry: Frequently (1-10 lbs.), Occasionally (up to 35-50 lbs.)
- Other Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally, bend/stop, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder (up to 2 ft.), crouch, kneel, push/pull, work around moving machinery in areas with marked changes in temperature and humidity, exposure to dust and fumes.
