No bonus. Typical schedule is Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12am Some weekends/holidays are expected depending on company needs.

Requirements. Must have at least 6 months operator experience with various types of power industrial vehicles.

Job Description
- Must have the ability to Sweep and clean assigned areas of the mill and sign off when completed
- Must help and assist with unloading ingredients from rail cars/trucks
- Must have the ability to clean up feed spills
- Must have the ability to perform ground keeping duties including using landscaping equipment such as mowers and trimmers.
- Must have the ability to use and maintain air-driver equipment like blow guns to assist in cleaning activities
- Must have the ability to use high pressure water hoses to wash down and clean areas of the feed mill
- Must have the ability to use PIT to move pallets of ingredients, etc.
- Must wear required proper PPE such as ear protection, safety vest, etc.
- Must be Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.
- Must be willing to be confined space certified and LOTO certified
- Must have the ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling
- Must have the ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures
- Must be able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species
- Maintain good housekeeping including service areas
- Communicate to all levels of Operations including Customers and Vendors both orally and in writing where required
- Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols
- Must be able to Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day.
- Must have the ability to read and complete sign off sheet paperwork
- Complete all other tasks assigned by management.
