Job Details:
Starting Pay: $19.65/hr
Shift Hours: Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm. Weekends and Holidays are expected depending on company needs.
Special Skills:
Clerical Experience And/or Dispatch Experience Preferred.
Knowledge of DOT trucking procedures preferred.
High School Degree or equivalent.
Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

- Ability to read and write in order to receive and document orders
- Ability to schedule loads of feed by creating and organizing feed tickets and maintaining them for record keeping.
- Ability to dispatch loads of feed and distribute them evenly among driver/team members within DOT rules and regulations.
- Ability to answer calls from Service Techs and Growers while maintaining a good working relationship with them.
- Ability to organize/flex task and change priorities throughout the day
- Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling
- Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures
- Able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species
- Maintain good housekeeping including service areas
- Communicate to all levels of Operations including Customers and Vendors both orally and in writing where required
- Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols
- Able to Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day.
- Complete all other tasks assigned by management.
Special Skills:
- Basic Math Skills
- Communication Skills
- Basic mechanical Skills
- Basic computer skill
- Ability to certify and maintain PIT Certification
- Ability to certify as a Weigh Master
- Ability to achieve and maintain respirator certification where applicable (ability be clean shaven)
- Valid Class D License where applicable

- Team member must be willing to work in an outside environment that will fluctuate according to the conditions outside at the time; cold, warm, dusty, and/or damp environment with a high concentration of allergens present in a poultry house.
