Building Maintenance
A high school diploma or GED is required and experience of at least 2 skills listed below.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Must pass MVR check:
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation”

Building Maintenance
A high school diploma or GED is required and experience of at least 2 skills listed below.
- Carpentry and carpentry tools, ie.. Different types of saws both electric and hand / Routers and planers / use of framing squares and tape measures.
- 110 vac electrical basics, ie… household lighting / outlets and types / switches, 2 and 3 way / fans.
- Painting and stains, how to apply and application methods.
- Basic vehicle maintenance, ie… cars / pickups / lawn and garden equipment
- Concrete work, forming, finishing
Must have valid driver’s license.
Must pass MVR check:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must not have any DUI/DWI convictions within the last 12 months
