Role highlights
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facility systems.
- Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines and implement fixes.
- Complete inspections to verify proper function and safety compliance.
- Accurately record work performed, parts used, and results.
- Respond quickly to service calls and emergencies to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and maintenance efficiency.
- Always adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Minimum qualifications
- 6 months of maintenance experience documented in your application or resume.
- 18 years of age or older with valid identification.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools.
- Baseline skills in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs; climb stairs (up to 120 ft) and ladders (up to 60 ft); stand for long periods; and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
- Rehire policy: eligible after 180 days; must have worked here fewer than 3 times.
