This is a full-time, on-site role in Virginia Beach, VA for a Facilities Technician. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, overseeing building systems, and executing routine and preventative maintenance tasks. Other duties include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring the facility operates efficiently, and collaborating with team members to maintain a safe, functional, and clean environment.
- Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Building Maintenance
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) and overseeing the daily operations of building systems
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical or operational issues
- Ability to work independently and effectively on-site to address maintenance concerns
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations
- Prior experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical certifications are a plus
