Overview
TRS, Inc. is a reinforcing steel subcontractor located in San Diego CA, actively seeking a new front desk administator. This is a positon can be entry level as main tasks will include answering and directing phone calls, data entry and filing to begin with. We are seeking motivated inviduals to interview and bring aboard.
Position starts immediately upon decision
Salary starting $18/hr - 40hours a week
Hours - Mon - Fri 7:30am-4pm
Benefits available after probationary hiring periods
Responsibilities
A general list of duties will include, but not be limited to, assisting with:
- Answer phones, transfer lines, take messages.
- Conduct emails via outlook
- Assist with customer calls for outgoing bids
- Data entry and file maintenance ( EX - contract files, ap)
- Assist with AP ( EX - data entry, stuff checks, match invoices, etc.)
- General office upkeep and atmoshpere
- Greet customers and employees
- Assist with monthly foremans meetings ( EX - Papers printer, food ordered)
- Day to Day operations in support of controller
Qualifications
- High School graduation or higher is required.
- Available and committed to working full time is required.
- Receptionist experience is requested.
- SAGE CRE experience requested, not required.
- Prior commerical construction experience is requested, not required.
