ABOUT
Responsible for assisting with the operational activities for continuing education courses and programs.
This is a part-time position and can work up to 18 hours per week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer and route incoming calls for Continuing Education dance programs
- Assist student inquiries by providing departmental course and program information.
- Assist with student registration in person and via phone.
- Assist with class and instructor documentation.
- Assist with special events and performances
- Process class rosters and instructor timesheets
- Process course completion documents with the Continuing Education department.
- Assist with student and parent calls/ emails.
- Assist students and parents with class changes.
- Assist with student/customer questions, concerns, or complaints.

Work Environment: Work may be required outside of normal business hours.
Physical Demands: Work involves walking, standing, lifting (up to approximately 25 lbs.), pushing, bending, and repetitive typing.

If travel is required, the candidate must have and maintain a current, valid Texas driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
WHO YOU ARE
Required Education
High school diploma or GED required;
Required Experience
One to three years of office or customer service experience.
Preferred Education
Associate degree
