Carpentry Laborer/Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Execute structural construction and demolition tasks under supervisor direction.
• Handle core job site labor, including material transport, manual digging, and workspace cleanup.
• Safely utilize basic hand and power tools.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and maintain an organized, hazard-free site.
• Partner with crew members to meet project deadlines and efficiency goals.
• Manage loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Identify and immediately escalate safety hazards or tool defects to site leadership.

Requirements & Qualification

• sCarpentry Labor / Capenter laborer / Operator experience
• .Prior construction or manual labor experience preferred (not mandatory)
• .Capability to execute strenuous physical labor throughout entire shifts
• .Basic working knowledge of hand/power tools is an asset
• .Detail-oriented mindset with an uncompromising focus on job site safety
• .Strong team-first attitude and ability to follow directions closely
• .Dependable, punctual, and driven by a strong work ethic
• .High school diploma or GED preferred
