We’re currently partnering with a well-established, multidisciplinary design firm to identify a senior-level Landscape Architect to take on a leadership role within their Chicago studio. The Role
- Lead and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept through delivery
- Provide design direction and quality control across a range of project types
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Support business development efforts, including proposals and pursuits
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff
- Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams
What They’re Looking For
- Licensed Landscape Architect (or on track)
- Strong background in managing projects and leading teams
- Proven experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
