Landscape Architect - Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager – Landscape Architect to join a growing multidisciplinary design team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of projects while collaborating with professionals across planning, engineering, architecture, and environmental disciplines.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage landscape architecture projects from concept design through construction administration.
- Lead project teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, clients, contractors, and public agencies.
- Prepare and review design drawings, construction documentation, specifications, and technical reports.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Mentor junior landscape architects and support their professional development.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist with proposal preparation, fee development, and project planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- Licensed Landscape Architect, or actively working toward licensure.
- Experience working on a variety of project types including parks, mixed-use developments, commercial, institutional, residential, or public realm projects.
- Strong knowledge of design development, construction documentation, and project delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment.
