Pesticide applicator's license very beneficial and comes with higher pay rate.

Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, bed weeding, plant installation, mulch installation, leaf cleanup and general landscape upkeep.
- Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
- Conduct shrub/tree care activities such as trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
- Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring proper depth and conditions for new plants.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety standards.
- Perform assigned work with detail, efficiency, a positive attitude, and excellence.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- It may be required to drive a truck and trailer to various client locations.
- Ensure proper storage of equipment in the trailer during transit and report damaged/broken equipment.
- Adhere to the company's employee handbook and procedures.
- Diligently use smartphone app to accurately clock in/out and manage assigned work.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Proficiency in using power tools such as lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, multi-purpose saws, etc.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for long hours.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required depending on job responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with varying skill levels.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
