Position Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Manager – Accounts & Audit to lead core accounting and audit functions. This role reports directly to the CFO and manages a team of two direct reports. This is a replacement position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial controls
- Manage and mentor a small finance team
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Partner with senior leadership on financial decision-making
Requirements:
- CPA qualification (mandatory)
- Proven experience in accounting, audit, and financial reporting
- Prior experience in FMCG / consumer goods preferred
- Demonstrated team management experience

Work Structure:
