This position provides leadership, coordination, and supervision for all athletic activities while promoting sportsmanship, student well-being, and equitable participation.Key Responsibilities Include: Coordinating athletic schedules, transportation, and facilitiesEnsuring student-athlete eligibility and compliance with district and state athletic regulationsRecruiting, supervising, and evaluating coaching staffOverseeing home athletic events and game-day operationsCommunicating with students, families, and community members regarding athletic programsAssisting with equipment management and athletic program needsQualifications: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferredCoaching experience required; athletic leadership experience preferredStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsKnowledge of interscholastic athletics and student eligibility requirementsAbility to attend evening and occasional weekend eventsThis position plays an important role in supporting student engagement, school pride, and positive athletic experiences.
