Two Rivers Supervisory Union is seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) Athletic Director for Green Mountain Union High School to oversee the school’s interscholastic athletic program across fall, winter, and spring seasons. This position provides leadership, coordination, and supervision for all athletic activities while promoting sportsmanship, student well-being, and equitable participation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
•Coordinating athletic schedules, transportation, and facilities
•Ensuring student-athlete eligibility and compliance with district and state athletic regulations
•Recruiting, supervising, and evaluating coaching staff
•Overseeing home athletic events and game-day operations
•Communicating with students, families, and community members regarding athletic programs
•Assisting with equipment management and athletic program needs
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
•Coaching experience required; athletic leadership experience preferred
•Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
•Knowledge of interscholastic athletics and student eligibility requirements
•Ability to attend evening and occasional weekend events
This position plays an important role in supporting student engagement, school pride, and positive athletic experiences.
