Two Rivers Country Club is searching for a hands-on Restaurant Chef who has a passion for excellence, creativity, and the ability to work in a team environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong culinary skills with experience in high volume a la carte fine dining restaurants, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and capable of supervising and communicating positively.
Prior experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Supervisor in an upscale restaurant or country club is required. A culinary education is preferred.
As a Restaurant Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in supervising kitchen staff, assist in menu development, maintaining food quality and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. In addition, responsibilities include training staff of proper cooking techniques, inventory management, food safety, sanitation, quality control, kitchen maintenance, and other responsibilities that contribute to meet and exceed member expectations.
