What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Two Rivers Country Club?
Two Rivers Country Club is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a great attitude to join our friendly team of culinary professionals as a full-time Line Cook.

Duties include:
- Preparing food cooked to order, according to approved standardized recipes.
- Plates food for service, according to established plating/presentation criteria.
- Ensures that all food served is of the highest quality and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- One year of cooking experience in an upscale, high-volume hotel, freestanding restaurant or country club preferred.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
- Ability to work an evening shift (2 PM - 10 PM) schedule Wednesday through Sunday with an occasional Tuesday as needed
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate is from $19.00 to $23.00
