What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junk Removal Specialist / Driver / Estimator position at Two Men and a Truck?

You and your team will:
- Safely operate a junk removal truck, perform truck inspections, and secure the truck at the end of each job
- Deliver exceptional customer service as you provide on-site junk removal estimates
- Utilize safe lifting techniques to remove unwanted items for customers
- Make product recommendations to customers and upsell services as needed
- Work hard and have fun helping customers
What we're looking for:
- Experience in general labor and driving positions is helpful
- Must be 21 years old or older due to insurance restrictions
- 3 year driving history
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
- Excellent work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
- Reliability
- Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
- Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR
