If you like staying active, leading a team, meeting new people, and seeing the results of your work every day, you could be a great fit.   What You'll Do As a Driver / Crew Leader, you'll: Safely operate a 26-foot box truck Lead or assist a moving crew Load, unload, pack, and protect customer belongings Provide excellent customer service from start to finish Complete customer walkthroughs and communicate throughout the move Complete paperwork, contracts, and payments accurately Maintain truck cleanliness and report vehicle concerns Help your crew work safely and efficiently Represent TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® professionally on every job Experienced Drivers — We Want to Talk to You We're especially interested in candidates with experience in: 20–26-foot box trucks Moving companies Furniture delivery Appliance delivery Warehouse delivery positions Route delivery Commercial delivery FedEx, UPS, Amazon XL, or similar delivery operations Crew lead or team leadership positions Previous professional driving experience is highly valued and may help you move through training faster.
