This Is a Driving Physical Position.This is NOT a van or package-delivery job.
Our drivers don't just sit behind the wheel. You'll safely operate a 26-foot box truck while working alongside your crew to move customers' belongings. If you like staying active, leading a team, meeting new people, and seeing the results of your work every day, you could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
As a Driver / Crew Leader, you'll:
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck
- Lead or assist a moving crew
- Load, unload, pack, and protect customer belongings
- Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
- Complete customer walkthroughs and communicate throughout the move
- Complete paperwork, contracts, and payments accurately
- Maintain truck cleanliness and report vehicle concerns
- Help your crew work safely and efficiently
- Represent TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® professionally on every job
Experienced Drivers — We Want to Talk to You
We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:
- 20–26-foot box trucks
- Moving companies
- Furniture delivery
- Appliance delivery
- Warehouse delivery positions
- Route delivery
- Commercial delivery
- FedEx, UPS, Amazon XL, or similar delivery operations
- Crew lead or team leadership positions
Previous professional driving experience is highly valued and may help you move through training faster.
What We're Looking For
Candidates must:
- Have a valid driver's license
- Meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirements
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be able to pass a drug screen and DOT physical
- Be able to lift 60 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day
- Have strong attendance and punctuality
- Be comfortable working longer days when business demands it
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Be dependable — your crew needs to know you'll show up
