We’re currently hiring Movers and Drivers who are reliable, motivated, and ready to grow with a company that lives its values every day.   ABOUT THE JOB As a mover or driver, you’ll safely pack, move, transport, and assemble customer items — but this isn’t just about lifting heavy things. If these values speak to you, you’ll be a perfect fit.   PAY & BENEFITS Movers: $16/hr starting base pay Drivers: $19/hr starting base pay Tips: Typically adds $2–$4 more per hour Commissions: Earn more on interstate moves – average $20 /hr total Paid vacation Healthcare options 401(k) with company match Opportunities for promotion through bi-annual reviews TRAVEL & SCHEDULE Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is a must (though not every weekend) Some overnight interstate travel required (per diem hotels covered) REQUIREMENTS Must pass background check and drug screen Valid driver’s license required for drivers Reliable transportation to and from work Drivers must be 21  (insurance requirement); Movers must be 17 Ability to lift 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team player mentality READY TO JOIN OUR WINNING TEAM?
