The Administrative Assistant will primarily be dedicated to supporting the daily operations of the RoundPoint office, ensuring a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment. In this role, one will coordinate office events and engagement activities, manage calendars and scheduling needs, handle confidential information, and assist with meeting and information requests. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities with professionalism. In addition, this position will support general office needs, expense reporting, and the drafting and formatting of correspondence and reports.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate SC office events such as summer get-togethers, holiday parties and Wellness/Engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with responding to meeting and information requests as appropriate.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings including Executive level calendar management.
  • Expense reporting, booking travel and other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information/materials.
  • Manage and maintain calendar for onsite visitors and employees traveling in from other office locations.
  • Assist with outgoing packages and ordering miscellaneous supplies.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Oversee the general needs of the office for meeting preparation including printing of materials, food/beverage coordination (placing orders, set up and clean up) and conference/videoconference set-up.
  • Partner with necessary teams for coordinating and managing seating assignments for visitors traveling to the SC office from other offices.
  • Draft correspondence, format and edit letters and reports as needed.
  • Incumbent will be responsible for meeting our commitment to compliance and professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
  • 2-5 years of Administrative and/or Office management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Work and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive team player with a strong collaborative spirit and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • The ability to anticipate problems and proactively identify issues and solutions with sound judgement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team displaying strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
Preferred
  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Concur Solutions for expense reporting and travel booking experience.
