- Set up and operate four cameras: one wide shot and three individual close-ups, all in Full HD (1080p) or 4K, using a consistent color profile.
- Record four wireless microphones, each on a separate audio channel, ensuring clear and professional sound.
- Deploy portable LED lighting to achieve even, flattering coverage without harsh shadows.
- Ensure all equipment is compact and suitable for use within a conference booth.
- Deliver high-quality, synchronized video and audio files ready for post-production.
- Be present on-site in Las Vegas for the full duration of the event and manage all technical aspects of the recording.
- Proven experience in event videography, preferably with multi-camera podcast or panel setups.
- Proficiency with professional video cameras (Full HD/4K), wireless audio systems, and portable LED lighting.
- Strong understanding of color profiles and audio channel separation for post-production consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently in confined spaces and adapt to the unique challenges of event environments.
