As a Server at Twine by Daisies and Vines, you will be more than just a waitstaff member—you will be a hospitality professional and a true brand ambassador. Your primary role is to anticipate our guests' needs and guide them through our distinguished menu of wines and cigars, ensuring every visit is an unforgettable occasion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide flawless, anticipatory service: Greet guests warmly and guide them through their visit, from seating to departure.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge: Become an expert on our wine list and cigar offerings, confidently making recommendations and describing flavor profiles.
- Enhance the guest experience: Use your passion for hospitality to create a personalized, welcoming atmosphere. Build rapport with regulars and establish lasting relationships with our clientele.
- Execute efficient and precise service: Take orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and collaborate with the bar and humidor staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain an immaculate environment: Help keep the dining and lounge areas clean, set tables impeccably, and polish glassware to the highest standards.
- Handle payments professionally: Process cash and credit card transactions with integrity.
