Deliverables
- Develop and execute social media content calendars for all three businesses, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Produce, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content tailored to each business’s audience and objectives
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with local influencers and brand ambassadors to drive campaigns and partnerships
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to align content and campaigns with broader marketing goals
- Respond to community comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
- Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably within the fitness, entertainment, or family/children’s sectors
- Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing for social platforms
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social)
- Based in Los Angeles or able to work on-site as needed for content production and events
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside internal teams
