Deliverables
- Coordinate and manage all phases of production, including pre-production, shoot day, and post-production
- Hire and contract crew members, ensuring all roles are filled with qualified professionals
- Book and secure a suitable studio location for a one-day shoot
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and call sheets
- Oversee the shoot day, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to the production plan
- Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency
- Facilitate communication between creative, technical, and production teams
- Ensure the final deliverable is a professionally edited, broadcast-quality demo suitable for pitching
- Proven experience as a line producer or production manager on short-form video or TV projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and production logistics for small-scale shoots
- Strong network of local crew and vendor contacts
- Experience with children’s content and/or puppetry is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and talent
- Familiarity with studio production environments and post-production workflows
- Availability for pre-production planning, a one-day studio shoot, and post-production oversight
- Based locally or able to work on-site for the duration of the project
