Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role within HVAC, refrigeration, or property maintenance fields
- Familiarity with field service operations and property maintenance practices
- Valid driver’s license (PERSON driver preferred) with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues
- Construction experience is a plus; mechanic experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities
