Established local air conditioning company is looking for a motivated and experienced Telemarketing Representative to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners
- Offer and promote our HVAC maintenance services
- Build rapport and schedule appointments
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with outbound calling and telemarketing
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- HVAC/air conditioning knowledge is a plus (but not required)
Schedule:
✔ Monday – Friday
✔ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
✔ No nights. No weekends.
Compensation:
Hourly pay commission opportunities
