Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to residents
Assist with mobility and transfers, including walking, standing, and sitting
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
