Responsibilities

• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Integrate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance student learning experiences.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and ways to support learning at home.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, specialists, and administration to enhance curriculum and instructional practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification for elementary education.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and build positive relationships.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance instruction.
