Twin City Staffing is seeking a motivated manufacturing recruiter trainee to join our team in Fridley, MN. Location: Fridley, MN
Pay: $20 – $28 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with after-hours and weekend availability as needed

Responsibilities of the manufacturing recruiter trainee:
- Learn to recruit and screen candidates for manufacturing roles
- Assist with candidate interviews and onboarding
- Post jobs and source candidates through job boards and social media
- Maintain and update staffing software and candidate databases
- Support relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Help monitor and follow up on temporary employee performance
- Ensure compliance with hiring requirements
Qualifications of the manufacturing recruiter trainee:
- Interest in recruiting and the manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Willingness to learn and grow in a recruiting career
- Flexible availability, including some after-hours and weekends
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
