Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Talent Mobility Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting the continued scaling of its operations in UCAN (and LATAM, if applicable). We are seeking an experienced Coordinator with a background in a Talent (Human Resources) environment to assist with managing and improving administrative processes and tasks for the Talent Mobility team.
This is an on-site 12-month contract. Candidates must be based in Los Gatos, CA, be able to work in the U.S., and not hold H 1B visa status. The hourly rate is up to $50; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration of our Talent Mobility Program
You will work closely with external and internal stakeholders (Employee Services, Talent Acquisition, and external relocation and immigration partners) to ensure accurate data exchange and effective operations of our mobility programs.
- Inbox Administration: General oversight of the Talent Mobility inbox, ensuring tickets are reviewed and addressed in a timely manner.
- Vendor Initiation: Collect necessary information and context from internal partners and initiate vendors for new immigration and/or relocation files via the vendor’s agreed‑upon initiation method
- Visa assessments.
- Mobility initiations.

- Mobility Documentation: Prepare mobility‑related files and documents.
- Immigration Documentation: Prepare required employer support letters and/or employer questionnaires for immigration applications based on agreed templates, coordinate signatures (when required), and liaise with vendors for document collection.
- Case Management System: Monitor the internal ticketing system for new cases that require vendor initiation or allocation to specific team members or regions.
- Immigration Compliance: Ensure documentation advised by the vendor partner is uploaded to the employee’s record in the HRIS.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, as required, based on data provided by relocation and immigration partners.
- Cost Estimates: Collate information and draft cost estimates for permanent relocations, as required, for Talent Mobility review
2. Knowledge Management
- Data Integrity: Ensure immigration and mobility files and documents are properly created and stored.
- Inventory: Assist with cataloging existing country‑level immigration and relocation resources for the team and internal stakeholders.
- Coordination: Work with the Talent Mobility team and external partners to consolidate and refresh information, and establish a process for regular review.
- Workflows: Assess existing workflows and suggest process improvements for efficiency and scalability; create work instructions for key Talent Mobility processes
3. Ad Hoc Projects
- Assist the Talent Mobility team with ad hoc projects as required
