Position Summary
The Distribution Associate plays a vital role in our production process by receiving incoming shipments, performing quality control inspections, organizing products for production, and ensuring every order is distributed accurately to the correct job. This position also packages outgoing shipments and serves as a backup in our Sign Department.

Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Verify packing slips against purchase orders.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure incoming products match order specifications and are free from defects before entering production.
- Organize and distribute incoming materials to the appropriate production jobs.
- Maintain accurate receiving records.
- Keep the receiving and warehouse areas clean and organized.
- Package and ship completed customer orders.
- Prepare shipping labels using shipping software.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.
- Serve as backup support in our Sign Department by assisting with:
- Signs
- Banners
- Digifuzion printing
- Mounting and finishing graphics
- General production tasks
- Assist other production departments as business needs require.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify quality issues and discrepancies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
