Position Summary
The Apparel Production Associate is responsible for decorating apparel using commercial heat press equipment while ensuring every order meets our high quality standards. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to accurately read production spreadsheets and work orders, and a commitment to producing every order correctly the first time.

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial heat press equipment to apply DigiFuzn, heat-applied graphics, and vinyl.
- Read and accurately interpret production spreadsheets, work orders, and job instructions.
- Verify garment styles, colors, sizes, artwork placement, and quantities before production begins.
- Perform meticulous quality control inspections before, during, and after production.
- Ensure every order meets TW Custom Branding's quality standards before moving to the next production stage.
- Fold, bag, label, and package completed orders.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient production area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Assist other production departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required.
- Ability to accurately read and follow spreadsheets, work orders, and production instructions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating production software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
