Position: Accounts Receivable Assistant
Schedule
✔ Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
✔ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the administrative team
✔ Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office

Position: Accounts Receivable Assistant
Schedule
- Full-Time | Day Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 1 weekend per month
- Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities: approximately 2 evenings per month
- Manage and maintain accounts receivable for a skilled nursing facility
- Process and track Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing
- Follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid balances
- Reconcile resident accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate with residents, families, and insurance providers regarding billing
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end A/R reporting and collections
- Serve as MOD during scheduled evening shifts
✔ Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
