DESCRIPTION:
Tusculum University, a member of the NCAA Division II and the South Atlantic Conference, has teamed up with Bechler Leadership to seek qualified candidates for the position of Head Coach – Baseball. This position will implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA, SAC, and Tusculum University regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required; Mather’s degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level, the ability to manage a budget, fundraising experience, and a record of success in attracting quality student-athletes in a small college environment.
