As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in our establishment, which may range from fine dining to nightclub settings.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar technology.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Skills
