Role Description
The Event Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Waukesha, WI, responsible for executing events at the Tuscan Hall Venue as well as at off-site catering locations. The role includes managing event logistics, collaborating with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life the day of their event, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing on-the-day event operations. The Event Manager will also ensure high-quality client experience, manage timelines, and resolve any issues that arise during events.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Coordination skills, including logistics and vendor management
- Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and ensure satisfactory event experiences
- Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple events and responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to delegate tasks to servers
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address on-site issues quickly and effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
