🎪 Build the Infrastructure Behind World‑Class Events

At Arena, we turn bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. Our teams design, build, and deliver world‑class event spaces for global names like Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, and the PGA Tour — and we do it on some of the biggest stages in the world.

With projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, collaborate with industry experts, and see your work come to life in real time. If you’re looking for a fast‑paced environment, real responsibility, and the chance to lead projects that truly make an impact, Arena is the place to grow your career.

📅 Why You’ll Love Leading Live Event Projects

If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems in real time, and seeing complex projects come together on site, this role is for you. As a Field Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high‑profile event builds — from early planning through on‑site execution and closeout.

You’ll be hands‑on throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating people, materials, and logistics while ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and to Arena’s quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, field‑driven environments and takes pride in bringing large‑scale events to life.

🏗️ How You’ll Deliver Event Builds from Planning to Strike

In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of coordination for event projects, ensuring all moving pieces come together seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects from initial planning and scoping through on‑site execution and final closeout
  • Defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams
  • Developing and managing detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets
  • Coordinating internal teams, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors during builds and breakdowns
  • Managing day‑to‑day operational challenges, proactively addressing risks, issues, and changes
  • Overseeing project budgets, financial performance, margins, and overall profitability
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards
  • Enforcing Arena’s project methodologies, safety standards, and operational best practices
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery and maintaining clear communication
  • Supporting post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement

🧱 The Experience You Bring to Managing Complex Builds

We’re looking for a confident, organized professional who enjoys leading field‑based projects and working collaboratively across teams.

  • Associate degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or
High school diploma with 5–6 years of relevant experience, or
7 years of experience in project management or event operations
  • Strong financial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and project profitability
  • Solid understanding of operational workflows, logistics, and inventory coordination
  • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel 75% or more of the time

⭐ Event, Construction, or Field Experience That Sets You Apart

  • Experience in live events, construction, temporary structures, staging, or production environments
  • Prior experience managing field‑based or site‑driven projects with tight timelines
  • Comfort working closely with crews and vendors in active job‑site settings
