Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Provide information and support to residents and their families as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Availability to work Wednesday 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, and Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
