Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our beautiful property in Venice Beach, Florida. Join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the property, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and landscaping.
• Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure high standards of service and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute property improvements and renovations.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance techniques.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate maintenance equipment as needed.
