JOB SUMMARY
The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the daily supervision and operation of all table games conducted in the casino.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform as a working supervisor by spending a percentage of time, as communicated by the Enterprise Manager, on the floor in a frontline or support capacity.
- Facilitate and direct implementation of consistent Table Games operations policies/procedures.
- Preparation of employees’ daily assignment and weekly schedule; determine proper staffing levels daily and seasonally
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and have a thorough knowledge of Table Games rules and operations, including mathematics of table games for analytical purposes. Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of overall Table Games experience, of which two (2) or more years spent in a Table Games supervisory role.
