Turnkey is seeking motivated Account Executives to help small and mid-sized businesses improve operations, reduce costs, and grow revenue through better business solutions. This is a field-based sales role designed for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in business-to-business sales.

You’ll work directly with business owners, learn how to identify opportunities, and develop the skills needed to turn conversations into long-term client relationships. We provide hands-on training and support — success in this role comes from consistent effort, willingness to learn, and strong follow-through. This role offers a clear path for growth, with top performers advancing into higher-earning positions that can reach a $70K–$100K base salary within the first year, along with additional commission opportunities as performance increases.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage small and mid-sized businesses through in-person outreach, calls, and follow-up.
  • Learn to identify business needs and present solutions that improve operations and profitability.
  • Support the sales process by advancing conversations, scheduling follow-ups, and assisting in closing new business.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through consistent outreach and organized follow-through.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team development to continuously improve sales skills.

Skillsets:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and following up consistently.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information and apply it in real conversations.
  • Organized with strong follow-through on tasks and commitments.
  • Able to maintain consistent activity and follow-through in a goal-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience required.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, call center, or entry-level sales roles is a plus.
  • Interest in building a career in sales and developing professional selling skills.
  • Must be comfortable with in-person outreach and generating opportunities through consistent effort.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
