Turnkey is seeking driven Account Executives to help small and mid-sized businesses improve operations, reduce costs, and grow revenue through better business solutions. This is a field-based sales role built for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, creating opportunities through direct outreach, and turning strong conversations into long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable prospecting in person. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, learns quickly, and takes ownership of building and managing their own pipeline.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage small and mid-sized businesses through in-person outreach, calls, and relationship-building efforts.
- Identify business needs and recommend payment processing, POS, and related solutions that improve operations and profitability.
- Present solutions, advance opportunities, and close new business with a consultative sales approach.
- Build and manage a self-generated pipeline while maintaining consistent sales activity and follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training, accountability, and team development to drive continued performance and growth.
Skillsets:
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, field sales, and creating opportunities through consistent effort.
- Ability to learn quickly and communicate value, pricing, and return on investment effectively.
- Strong follow-through and ownership of activity, pipeline, and results.
- Able to maintain consistent activity and follow-through in a goal-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
- Prior experience in outside sales, field sales, B2B sales, or other quota-driven sales environments strongly preferred.
- Background in merchant services, POS, payroll, telecom, route sales, car sales, insurance, real estate, fitness sales, or similar high-performance roles is a plus.
- Must be comfortable prospecting independently and generating new business through outbound effort.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
