Boulder Recycled Aggregate is a locally owned, sustainability-focused company serving contractors, landscapers, and homeowners throughout Boulder County. Since 2012, we’ve been committed to recycling concrete, asphalt, and other materials into high-quality products—reducing landfill waste and supporting eco-conscious building practices.
We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking, detail-oriented Office Admin to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team-oriented, family-first environment and can juggle multiple priorities to help keep operations running smoothly at a busy facility.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the administrative backbone of our daily operations—answering phones, assisting with drop-in customers, and supporting a small team that believes in pitching in where it’s needed. You’ll also train on our scale operations so you can jump in (we’ll train you).
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Answer phones and respond to emails, assist with on-site customer service.

Scale Operations: Support our truck scale operations and weighing software.

Admin Support: Support overall back-office functions, including filing, mail and email.

Cash Handling: Collect customer payments and manage cash handling procedures.
Who You Are

You can speak and write in Spanish and English.

You have a customer service mindset and a can do attitude.

You are comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).

You’re reliable, organized, and a clear communicator.

You bring a positive attitude and enjoy working in a casual, team-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Final offer will depend on experience and qualifications.
