Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role involves problem-solving, customer account support, scheduling services, and assisting with financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with a high level of accuracy.
- Provide proactive sales and customer support by building strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Schedule service appointments, deliveries, and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate daily schedules and routing with the service and operations teams.
- Contact customers to schedule additional services, offer maintenance plans, and provide service reminders.
- Refer complex or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate department for further review.
- Perform general office administrative duties, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, scheduling, and routing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office, administrative, customer service, or scheduling role preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable working with computer systems, scheduling tools, and standard office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
