Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly

Become a valued team member at Turning Stone Resort Casino as a Dishwasher. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a constant inventory of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and glasses by diligently cleaning dishes in the kitchen.

What does a Dishwasher do?

• Effectively load and operate the dishwashing machines, hand wash pots and pans, and other items in accordance with the standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Thoroughly clean the dishwashing machine, empty grease traps and barrels, check and fill rinse agent/detergent, clean and empty disposal drains regularly, keep the environment clean, and empty all trash in the kitchen area and employee cafeteria.
• Maintain bus stations in assigned areas, and ensure that areas have soiled silverware containers, bus buckets, and empty garbage cans.

To Be Successful as a Dishwasher, You’ll Need:

• A High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to operate a dishwashing machine and floor machines.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs, work in extreme temperatures, work under extreme noise, stand for long periods of time, work in a fast-paced environment, and accommodate a flexible work schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 100 lbs.
