As our Digital Content Producer, you’ll create dynamic content across all social media platforms and wherever else our audience is watching, scrolling, and engaging. What does a Digital Content Producer do?
- Produce, record, and edit content for organization’s social platforms.
- Supports and manages cross-organizational campaigns, including but not limited to: Social Media Campaigns, Video Announcements, Internal Teasers, and more.
- Produce and manage inbound requests from departments outside of Communications’ needs (i.e. Internal Training Videos, Paid Media Requests, etc.)
- Develop and implement a TikTok strategy for Turing Stone Enterprises.
- Source and edit viral TikTok trends and recreate for the organization’s individual brands
- Utilize graphic elements in videos when necessary, ensuring they are optimized for each platform and audience

Work Experience
Key attributes we're seeking as a Digital Content Producer are:
- Bachelor’s Degree, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience recording, producing, and editing high-quality videos for online use.
- Social media savviness
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Must be a team player and excellent collaborator.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must be proficient in Project Management software (Trello, Asana, Monday, notion, etc.)
- On-camera experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
