Job Description:
Turning Point Action is looking for a Strategic Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to our headquarters and field teams. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, supporting events, managing administrative processes, and ensuring Specialists have the resources needed to succeed. This is an entry-level position that would be the liaison between field staff and HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, and logistics for Specialists and staff.
- Order, organize, and distribute activism materials needed for field efforts.
- Coordinate logistics for projects, ensuring all moving parts are executed on time.
- Monitor weekly reports from relay key updates to management.
- Collaborate to assess organizational needs for upcoming events and projects.
- Maintain records, materials, and administrative information for quick access and reporting.
- Support overall office organization, operations, and day-to-day administrative items.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent oral, written, and professional communication skills.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and data entry.
- Passion for civic engagement and voter participation.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
WOW SKILLS:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience supporting events, travel logistics, or remote staff.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Airtable, project management software, or similar organizational tools.
- Experience working with nonprofit, civic engagement, or community-focused organizations.
