Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ballot Chaser located in Arizona, United States. The Ballot Chaser will be responsible for identifying and engaging voters to ensure their ballots are properly submitted and accounted for. Daily tasks include coordinating outreach efforts, maintaining accurate records, following up with voters to address any voting-related issues, and collaborating with the team to meet organizational goals. This role involves direct engagement with the public and requires a passion for community activism and driving positive change.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with voters and community members
- Organizational and record-keeping skills to ensure accuracy in tracking ballot submissions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic priorities
- Passion for civic engagement, grassroots efforts, and promoting voter turnout
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Familiarity with Arizona’s voting laws and procedures is a plus
- Previous experience in political campaigns, community organizing, or outreach is desirable
